Skills and Competencies

    • Lead the establishment and ongoing management of the ARR data domain, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
    • Serve as a data steward for ARR metrics, defining data ownership, governance processes, and quality standards.
    • Develop and implement data quality checks and governance frameworks to proactively identify and resolve data issues.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, reporting, and dashboarding.

Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Responsibilities

Data Domain & Governance

    • Lead the establishment and ongoing management of the ARR data domain, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
    • Serve as a data steward for ARR metrics, defining data ownership, governance processes, and quality standards.
    • Develop and implement data quality checks and governance frameworks to proactively identify and resolve data issues.
    • Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.

Salesforce Data & Reporting

    • Leverage deep knowledge of Salesforce data models, objects, and reporting tools to extract, analyze, and visualize key business metrics.
    • Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to support business and executive reporting needs.
    • Ensure alignment between Salesforce data and other enterprise data sources for accurate topline reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Problem Solving

    • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Business Systems teams to ensure alignment on metrics and definitions.
    • Act as a problem solver and “go-to” resource for data-related questions, providing insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
    • Operate independently to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions with minimal oversight.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $141,200.00 - $204,650.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
