Skills and Competencies
- 2–3 years of professional experience, preferably in the finance industry, with strong quantitative, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to comprehend and analyze complex financial structures and legal documents with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and SQL; Python or other programming/scripting languages a plus
- Familiarity with structured finance cash flow models and asset classes such as SLABS, RMBS, CLOs, or CDOs is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and demonstrated initiative and enthusiasm
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be applied to structured finance, improve processes, and drive efficiency
- Willingness to explore responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
Education
Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or a related field.
(Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience may also be considered.)
Responsibilities
As part of our analytics team, you will provide structured finance cash flow modeling, analytics, and data support to our clients. You’ll build, develop, and update complex cash flow models using our fixed income software (SFW, CDOEdge). You will focus on supporting our waterfall library—used within various ratings groups—which requires a strong understanding of models, data, and technology.
You will also contribute to the design and integration of new features, functions, and analytics within our products, provide data support to ensure accuracy and availability, and assist clients with their technology, modeling, and data needs. This role requires working within our enterprise team, supporting global clients with integrated solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze and update structured finance cash flow models across multiple asset classes (CDO, CLO, SLABS, RMBS, etc.)
- Provide client support and ensure accuracy of data and deal libraries
- Collaborate with product development to design, test, and implement new features and analytics
- Develop understanding of credit aspects of structured finance transactions and assist with documentation and process improvements
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI/ML tools to enhance modeling, analytics, and operational efficiency

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $93,600.00 - $135,750.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
