Skills and Competencies

  • 1–3 years of experience in pricing or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail in both work and planning.
  • Communicates effectively and adapts approach for different audiences and circumstances.
  • Manages multiple ongoing tasks and represents the team in cross-departmental projects.
  • Experience in large-scale implementation projects is preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Shape pricing strategies, drive commercial success, and deliver insights that transform Moody’s Ratings and the customer experience.

  • Supports the annual fee-setting process by providing analytical and administrative assistance.
  • Assists relationship managers with inquiries related to fee logic, quoting, exceptions, and daily activities.
  • Collaborates with pricing leads to identify opportunities for fee simplification.
  • Updates fee tables, fee rules, and files in Salesforce to enhance fee schedules.
  • Contributes to management reporting, regulatory submissions, and process improvements.
  • Participates in other related tasks as assigned.

About the Team

Our Pricing Team is responsible for leading and managing fee setting, implementation, and exception processes that deliver commercial, financial, and operational objectives, while satisfying regulatory requirements and advancing the customer experience. By joining our team, you will be part of exciting work in pricing strategy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across Moody’s Ratings.

Annual base salary gross: €26,200.00 to €30,100. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
