Skills and Competencies

  • Experience: At least 3 years in marketing operations, business analytics, or reporting, ideally within a B2B setting
  • Technical Skills: Skilled in business intelligence tools and Salesforce CRM (SFDC); strong knowledge of Marketo, HubSpot or similar automation tools and a willingness to grow expertise
  • Analytical Mindset: Capable of handling complex data, ensuring accuracy, and deriving insights.
  • Process Orientation: Familiar with reporting workflows, pipeline management, and marketing attribution models
  • Collaboration: Able to work effectively with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
  • Languages: Excellent English (CEFR C1+ / IELTS 7.0+ required)

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate – Marketing Operations – Reporting to strengthen our global Marketing Operations team. The role is focused on enabling data-driven decision-making by delivering world-class reporting and insights across B2B Revenue Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on expertise in leading marketing reporting tools and platforms.

  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports for Revenue, Marketing, Campaign Performance, and Digital Marketing KPIs to deliver insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other key stakeholders to align data definitions, reporting standards, and measurement frameworks
  • Oversee reporting workflows across Salesforce, HubSpot, and Tableau for accuracy and usability.
  • Support integration between marketing and sales systems to ensure consistent pipeline, attribution, and ROI reporting
  • Develop automated reporting solutions and optimize processes proactively
  • Work with global and regional teams to address reporting needs and communicate insights clearly
  • Conduct audits and reconciliations to uphold data integrity
  • Stay updated on B2B marketing analytics best practices, including AI-driven enhancements

About the team

The Demand Generation & Marketing Operations team is responsible for supporting marketing efforts across Moody’s. We help marketers be successful by working to reduce friction so they can execute on their work. Through managing our marketing technology stack, email, social and paid media campaigns, creating our workflows, reporting on our successes, executing change management and leading on key projects.
