Skills and Competencies

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented intern to join our Solution Specialist (Pre-sales) team for a 6-month internship. This role supports sales enablement, delivers data insights, and helps develop solution narratives as part of an established, evolving team.

Key competencies:

  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with Excel, GenAI, Power BI/Tableau, SharePoint, or Confluence preferred
  • Eagerness to learn about new technologies
  • Interest in sales, solution design, and digital transformation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Banking, or related field
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language such as French, German, or Spanish is an advantage
  • Ability to complete a 6-month internship starting January 2026

Responsibilities

The new joiner will work alongside Solution Specialists and be responsible for the following areas:

  • Knowledge Management: Maintain and improve a centralized repository to facilitate effective internal knowledge sharing and ensure team continuity. This may include using current tools as well as exploring new technologies such as GenAI
  • Performance Monitoring: Support the creation and updating of dashboards that monitor key team activities, including pipeline development, client engagement, and market trends
  • Process Optimization: Participate in identifying and addressing workflow inefficiencies (such as overlapping pipeline files or fragmented meeting notes), with an emphasis on standardizing best practices. This involves utilizing existing applications and further integrating new technologies like GenAI
  • Demo Environment Management: Assist with maintaining and developing the demo site, which includes story development, data integration, and technical improvements
