Skills and Competencies
- A strong technical understanding of digital channel technologies, including Content Management Systems (CMS), HTML, CSS, and Power BI, is required to manage, develop, and troubleshoot our partner platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for articulating complex processes and influencing stakeholders across the business to align our digital channels with organizational needs.
- Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks in a complex environment, and drive initiatives to completion is necessary for rolling out platform changes and enhancements.
- An analytical mindset with outstanding problem-solving skills is required to troubleshoot platform challenges, improve the User Experience (UX), and create insightful engagement reports.
- A results-driven personality with a strategic focus is needed to ensure that our digital partner experience directly supports broader business objectives.
- Experience working in a multi-country or multi-cultural environment is highly desired to effectively engage with a global partner ecosystem.
Education
- Requires a degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or a related qualification.
- Requires 5+ years of experience working with digital channels, preferably within a web or digital platform team.
Responsibilities
- This role owns the maintenance and development of our digital partner channels to create a best-in-class user experience for Moody’s partner ecosystem.
- Manage and develop the Moody’s Partner Portal and associated digital channels, including our Sales Enablement page (Highspot) and internal SharePoint sites.
- Update platform content and structure using HTML and CSS as needed to support business objectives
- Create and maintain internal reporting using tools like Power BI to track partner engagement and platform performance.
- Collaborate with the wider Partner ecosystem, Sales Enablement, and Business Systems teams to ensure our digital channels align with the needs of the organization.
- Respond to and troubleshoot all digital channel issues, working with the appropriate vendors to ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously improve the User Experience (UX) of the partner platforms through regular testing, content audits, and analysis.
- Implement strategies to grow the user base and drive traffic, ensuring full compliance with all laws and regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor portals to provide best-in-class solutions.
