Skills and Competencies

• Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming and experience with at least one object-oriented programming language (Java, C#, etc.).

• Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, etc.

• Production experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architecture.

• Production experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).

• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to support and mentor other engineers on best practices, architecture, and quality.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field.

• 7+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities This position plays a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our software development lifecycle and ensuring the highest level of service quality for clients & stakeholders.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions, automating processes to deploy, manage, configure, scale, and monitor applications.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications, and to facilitate experimentation along with functional and load-testing.

• Create and manage build and deploy workflow processes related to product development and testing.

• Manage and support infrastructure and development applications including continuous integration, source code management, and hosted applications to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

• Actively participate in high-level team activities such as suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements, and conducting tool evaluations.

• Research new technologies to stay current with industry trends and advancements in DevOps.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful delivery and assist in the coordination of activities of less experienced DevOps team members.

About the team
Our Platform Engineering team is responsible for ensuring the success of the company's SaaS offerings. We develop, enhance, and maintain the frameworks and automation for the platform to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Our team also manages deployments and infrastructure enhancements to ensure the platform remains robust, scalable, and secure. By joining our team, you will be part of exciting work that supports multiple public clouds, maintains high security compliance standards, and allows for flexibility and adaptability in usage and operations.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $116,500.00 - $169,000.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
