Skills and Competencies

  • +3 years' work experience in compensation
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across various levels and functions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in global market pricing and job evaluation.
  • Experience within the global financial services and/or technology sectors.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and project management is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in related field.

Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting the development and execution of the company’s total compensation programs, including base salary, short and long-term incentive compensation, job evaluations, and data analysis.

  • Support the design and execution of Moody’s global compensation programs, including base salary, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, and data analysis.
  • Provide Compensation Consultants with analytics and recommendations for new hires, promotions, market assessments, and other compensation initiatives.
  • Participate in global benchmarking processes by analyzing industry survey data to assess competitiveness.
  • Audit compensation processes to ensure alignment with internal policies and compliance standards.
  • Deliver key analytics and project support for initiatives such as Job Architecture, compensation reporting, and benchmarking.
  • Monitor market trends and recommend updates to compensation practices to maintain competitiveness.
  • Assist in the global annual compensation planning cycle, including salary increases, bonus payouts, and equity programs.
  • Educate People Team members and managers on compensation programs and processes.
  • Collaborate with the Digital People Delivery team to ensure compensation systems meet business needs.
