Skills and Competencies
- 15+ years of technology experience, including at least 2+ years leading an enterprise-level Innovation team, preferably within a financial services organization.
- Proven expertise in strategic planning and vision execution, with hands-on experience delivering large-scale solutions using latest AI/ML frameworks (Generative/Agentic AI), MCP, RAG, LangChain and LLMs.
- Strong technical proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and Apache Spark, with deep knowledge of cloud engineering on platforms like Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Proficiency in secure coding practices, authentication frameworks and APIs.
- Understanding of container and DevOps frameworks like Docker, GitHub Actions.
- Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data governance, cybersecurity principles, and regulatory compliance standards is desired.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Innovation incubation team & scale it to CoE levels through identify, distill, plan, collaborate, execute & support innovation strategies to support the company's initiatives at GCC level
- Perform hands on the design, development, and maintenance of scalable innovation pipelines. Lead from the front by setting examples for the team. Enable the team to create reusable components for wider adoption.
- Drive the execution of the company's vision for innovation, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic initiatives.
- Mentor and manage a team of engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Establish, monitor, and report on key metrics (KPIs, OKRs) to senior leadership on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-entity teams to ensure the seamless integration of solutions across various platforms.
- Ensure quality, integrity, and security across all innovation development processes.
