Skills and Competencies

  • Market research and competitive analysis skills; ability to synthesize findings into concise insights and visuals
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asia financial services and corporate landscape is preferred
  • Data analysis using spreadsheets and business intelligence tools; clean, validate, and interpret datasets for decision-making
  • Stakeholder communication with clear, audience-appropriate messaging across email, slides, and meetings
  • Strong organizational habits to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and document work consistently
  • Intellectual curiosity to learn products and ask thoughtful questions; resilience to iterate from feedback
  • Preferred: exposure to customer relationship or sales-support environments

Education

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field; penultimate-year students preferred
  • Ability to work from June 1st - August 7th

Responsibilities

  • Support sales team with market intelligence, data analytics, and sales administration to enable account growth
  • Research target accounts and map organizational structures to identify decision-makers and buying centers; maintain clean records
  • Analyze pipeline and client activity data; build simple dashboards and reports to inform coverage and campaign decisions
  • Prepare meeting briefs, call notes, and follow-ups; draft clear client communications and internal summaries
  • Coordinate light sales operations tasks such as list building, event support, and activity tracking with attention to detail
  • Collaborate with product and presales teams to translate client needs into problem statements and next-step actions
  • Learn objection-handling basics and adapt communication style for different stakeholders under guidance from the manager
  • Opportunity to explore role rotations into entry-level sales pathways, including business development representative activities and presales shadowing across multiple Moody’s solutions, subject to project availability and performance
