Skills and Competencies

• 1–2 years’ experience in QA testing (manual and automation)
• Familiarity with automation tools, Jira, and Confluence (preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Ensures business requirements are met through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develops and executes test cases and scripts, reports defects, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software releases.
• Participate in UAT and all phases of the testing lifecycle
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data
• Develop automated scripts and conduct manual testing
• Document and report defects; provide updates to stakeholders
• Continuously improve testing processes

About the Team

The Business Functional UAT Testing team validates product enhancements and bug fixes before production, ensuring high-quality releases for Moody’s Ratings & Research global users. The team focuses on effective communication, prompt issue resolution, and continuous improvement
