Skills and Competencies
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in GRC or risk-related domains
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint planning
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate with various teams to build scalable AI-driven systems
- Familiarity with governance entities, risk, compliance, and audit teams, including their terminology and operating models
- Experience with GRC platforms and tools is a plus (e.g., IBM Open Pages, Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream)
- Experience with managing reporting tool configurations (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
- Experience with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, TEAMS, Planner, Copilot, etc)
- Certification in PMP; certifications in audit/risk a plus (e.g. CISA, CRISC, CIA, CRM, CITP)
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using tools like Copilot and ChatGPT to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions, including agentic AI systems, to solve business challenges. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Risk Management, or related field
Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic liaison between GRC business owners and technology teams to drive Agile development and align with the GRC roadmap
- Act as the primary liaison for GRC business owners, ensuring priorities and requirements are clearly communicated to technology teams
- Facilitate regular stakeholder check-ins to validate progress and adjust priorities
- Lead cross-functional GRC initiatives that integrate agentic AI technologies to automate multi-step decision-making processes
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Partner with Agile development teams to plan, execute, and monitor sprint cycles
- Participate in daily stand-ups and working sessions with developers and vendors
- Track sprint deliverables and manage dependencies across teams
- Maintain visibility into the GRC strategic roadmap and ensure project activities are aligned with long-term goals
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Monitor risks, issues, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide transparent reporting to leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to deploy intelligent agents capable of independently executing tasks
- Support change management and training efforts related to new GRC capabilities
- Communicate effectively with various audiences to ensure clarity around releases, downtimes, and system functionality changes

Our Corporate Risk and Resilience team is responsible for driving Moody’s enterprise risk strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives. We contribute by identifying and managing top risks, enhancing governance frameworks, and delivering strategic insights to leadership. By joining our team, you will be part of exciting work in global risk management and enterprise coordination, leveraging AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT to enhance risk reporting and foster responsible AI adoption across the organization.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $134,400.00 - $194,850.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
