Skills and Competencies

  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively and communicate clearly with stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information and draw meaningful insights
  • Solid understanding of Government sector challenges
  • Prior experience in the Government sector is preferred but not required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Education

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Risk Management
  • Fluency in French and English

Responsibilities

The Government team is seeking an intern to serve as Chief of Staff, supporting the Relationship Managers overseeing France, Africa, and Benelux

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the sales team define the commercial strategy: identifying gaps, trends and market appetite for MA range of products
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to help implement sales campaigns
  • Collaborating on sales pitch books to best tailor our offering to target needs
  • Assisting the sales and event teams in the creation of events and marketing campaigns
  • Attending client pitches and coordinating follow ups with customers
  • Monitoring sales forecasts in collaboration with the team manager
  • Participating in the development of marketing activities

By the end of the internship, the intern should:

  • Understand the broad offering of MA
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations
  • Gain experience in a first class sales organization
  • Be exposed to multiple sales cycle
  • Gain exposure to various government institutions
