Skills and Competencies

  • 3+ years of demonstrable experience in product management or related technical role (road mapping, prioritization, feature definition), particularly in dynamic project environments where scope and requirements evolve
  • 1 year of experience developing and launching products or technologies within one or more of the following: Cloud, SaaS, enterprise, internal tools, development and operations, or artificial intelligence/machine learning
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across business units and geographies to drive alignment and execution
  • Experience in systematic requirements gathering, stakeholder interviewing, and managing risks when project parameters are unclear
  • Experience within financial services, particularly involving large datasets and statistical modeling, is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, tailored manner to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience using Jira and having a background in data analysis are preferred
  • Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Customer Support

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with business lines, research teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to progressively define project requirements and scope boundaries
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements elicitation across multiple business lines to extract insights and clarify understanding
  • Assess project feasibility, manage risks, and make informed decisions with incomplete information to ensure deliverable outcomes
  • Translate research findings and technical capabilities into actionable product features that deliver measurable business value
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
  • Understand the Model Operations markets, competition, and user requirements in-depth
  • Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams on cutting-edge technologies
  • Develop solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $82,400.00 - $119,450.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
