Skills and Competencies

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in AV/UCC support, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience with global team leadership and cross-regional coordination
  • Hands-on experience supporting live events and pre-event testing
  • Strong AV technical skills
  • Strong expertise in MS Teams, Poly, Neat and SaaS collaboration platforms
  • Experience managing AV environments across conference rooms, mobile, and desktop platforms.
  • Experience with Service Now and ticket escalations
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with shifting priorities.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


Responsibilities

As AVP-Delivery Manager, you will lead the Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) Support team across Europe and Asia-Pacific, ensuring seamless delivery of AV and collaboration services in meeting rooms, events, and across SaaS platforms. This role will provide regional leadership, strategic oversight, and operational excellence across time zones and cultures.

  • Oversee daily UCC support operations in EMEA and APAC, ensuring consistent service delivery and alignment with global standards.
  • Lead support for executive meetings, town halls, and hybrid events, ensuring high-quality technical delivery and white-glove service.
  • Ensure flawless execution and rapid response to technical issues.
  • Lead regional teams, manage staffing, and coordinate with local vendors and support teams.
  • Maintain and optimize AV systems including MS Teams, Crestron, Poly, Shure, and other collaboration tools.
  • Lead testing and implementation of new AV technologies and integrations.
  • Ensure high availability and performance across all supported environments.
  • Partner with UCC Engineering, UCC Operations, Desktop Support, and Product Management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to global equipment upgrades and collaborative technology rollouts.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, mentorship, and continuous learning.
  • Supervise and mentor regional UCC support staff, fostering a culture of accountability and customer service.
  • Support real estate and relocation projects, ensuring AV readiness and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through analytics, feedback, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Manage AV asset lifecycle, including maintenance, upgrades, and inventory.
