Skills and Competencies:
- 10+ years of experience in executive sales, strategic account management, or business development within financial services or technology
- 3–6 years of focused experience in partner ecosystem account management or alliances
- Expertise in Platform as a Service (PaaS), Cloud Infrastructure technology, and familiarity with AI/ML models, large language models (LLMs), and API-driven application development
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, data/analytics, and technologies such as digital assets and identity verification solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver optimal outcomes
- Results-oriented, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with sales engagement and CRM tools, such as Salesforce
- This position offers a dynamic work environment, requiring up to 50% travel to engage with clients face-to-face, while also providing the flexibility of hybrid working
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strategic relationships with external partners including technology alliances, redistributors, and resellers
- Drive business development initiatives to expand Moody’s market presence and revenue
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, and governance processes
- Develop and execute partner strategies aligned with product innovation and market goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams
- Monitor partner performance through regular reviews and data-driven reporting
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and partner business models to identify growth opportunities
