Skills and Competencies
Product Leadership:
- 10-15 years of experience in product and project management in agile teams, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Demonstrated ability to lead products through the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
- Expertise in defining product vision, strategy, and execution plans for complex, enterprise-level solutions.
Technical Acumen:
- Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, cloud technologies, and integration patterns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and translate technical requirements into business outcomes.
- Experience with agile product management software such as JIRA, Rally or similar tools.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Exceptional ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree in a technical or business discipline (preferred).
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management (a plus)
- Experience in Finance, Fixed Income, Structured Finance, Private Credit (a plus)
Responsibilities
- In this role you will be a member of the Asset Management Business Unit managing and supporting some of the industry’s leading workflow solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product strategy, driving product innovation, and ensuring the successful launch and adoption of new products. The role requires a strong understanding of Product Development Life Cycles with a strong technical proficiency in application development
- Drives end to end product lifecycle—roadmap planning, requirement decomposition, release planning, and launch—grounded in evidence and user feedback.
- Take ownership of identifying business needs through market and customer workflow research and internal requirements gathering
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product development from concept to launch.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and its impact on business objectives.
- Effectively communicate and present the product vision, and business values to management team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing clarifications and making timely decisions on product requirements during the development process.
- Lead backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning, and sprint review meetings with product development teams to ensure alignment on product features and progress.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet the defined acceptance criteria.
- Provide support to Internal and External customers inquires.
