Skills and competencies

• Strong knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Hands-on experience with AI automation tools (e.g., Copilot Studio, Power Automate, n8n,etc.) and familiarity with integrating AI models into business workflows.

• Experience in designing AI-driven dashboards or automated reporting pipelines.

• Familiarity with various databases, data extraction and analysis tools.

• Exceptional analytical abilities to assess business needs, foresee challenges, and craft creative solutions.

• Keen interest in staying updated on advancements in AI, RPA, and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and other reporting tools (like PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)

• A bachelor’s degree in IT

Roles and responsibilities

This role is responsible for driving digital transformation and strengthening operational control within Commercial Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong data analytics expertise and proven experience in managing end-to-end implementation of Generative AI initiatives.

• Involve in gathering, interpreting, and presenting data in a clear and concise manner. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to organizational stakeholders

• Develop analytics automation solution, collect business requirements and introduce business process / reporting automation

• Work with business stakeholders, collect data analytic requirements and create use case supporting operating efficiency improvement and business growth initiatives

• Design digital transformation initiatives by identifying integrated concepts that align with business objectives, while integrating innovative approaches shaped by emerging trends.

• Proactively uncover opportunities to refine workflows, automate tasks, and optimize operations. Help establish best practices, guidelines, and frameworks to improve future project execution. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of generative AI initiatives, resolving any obstacles along the way.

• Analyze existing reporting processes and recommend automation strategies to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time.

• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and accuracy in automated reports.

Join a dynamic team supporting the Commercial Operation Governance lead in delivering executive controls reporting and interacting with senior management. Partner with control managers, risk, and process owners to enhance the governance framework
