- Strong expertise in full-cycle talent attraction and recruiting delivery across defined business areas, job types, or geographies
- Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on recruiting with people leadership in a player-coach model
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise business and People leaders
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging recruiting metrics, dashboards, and analytics
- Experience applying global TA governance, policies, and compliance standards consistently
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop recruiters while driving accountability and performance
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and 9+ years of relevant professional experience
- Lead recruiting delivery for a defined scope while balancing direct requisition ownership with team leadership to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes and a consistent stakeholder and candidate experience.
- Maintain an active individual requisition load, managing full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
- Balance personal recruiting responsibilities with team leadership to meet delivery commitments
- Translate enterprise and regional talent attraction strategies into clear execution plans and recruiter priorities
- Partner closely with business and People leaders to understand hiring demand, prioritization, and workforce needs
- Provide insights on hiring progress, talent market conditions, and risks, escalating issues as needed
- Lead, coach, and develop recruiters and senior recruiters to drive performance, engagement, and accountability
- Balance recruiter workloads and capacity while maintaining quality and experience standards
- Apply global TA governance, policies, and standards consistently, ensuring compliance with regulations and data privacy requirements
- Monitor recruiting metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Leverage recruiting technologies, analytics, and reporting to inform decision-making
- Support adoption of new tools, automation, and AI-enabled recruiting solutions aligned with enterprise direction
- Contribute to regional or functional TA transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
