Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and 9+ years of relevant professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruiting delivery for a defined scope while balancing direct requisition ownership with team leadership to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes and a consistent stakeholder and candidate experience.
  • Maintain an active individual requisition load, managing full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
  • Balance personal recruiting responsibilities with team leadership to meet delivery commitments
  • Translate enterprise and regional talent attraction strategies into clear execution plans and recruiter priorities
  • Partner closely with business and People leaders to understand hiring demand, prioritization, and workforce needs
  • Provide insights on hiring progress, talent market conditions, and risks, escalating issues as needed
  • Lead, coach, and develop recruiters and senior recruiters to drive performance, engagement, and accountability
  • Balance recruiter workloads and capacity while maintaining quality and experience standards
  • Apply global TA governance, policies, and standards consistently, ensuring compliance with regulations and data privacy requirements
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Leverage recruiting technologies, analytics, and reporting to inform decision-making
  • Support adoption of new tools, automation, and AI-enabled recruiting solutions aligned with enterprise direction
  • Contribute to regional or functional TA transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

The Talent Attraction team partners closely with business and People stakeholders to deliver high-quality, diverse talent aligned with organizational priorities. The team focuses on consistent recruiting execution, strong candidate and stakeholder experiences, and continuous improvement through data, technology, and collaboration.
