Skills and Competencies
  • Proven experience building and scaling strategic partnerships across data, analytics, enterprise software, cloud, fintech, or AI-driven ecosystems
  • Mutiple years of direct management experience across a partnerships team
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market trends and emerging technologies into revenue-generating partnership strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex agreements, including commercial, distribution, and co-innovation partnerships
  • Excellent executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder management skills across internal leadership and external partners
  • Deep understanding of data, analytics, APIs, workflow integrations, and AI technologies within enterprise environments
  • Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization and collaborate across product, sales, marketing, legal, finance, and strategy teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring success through pipeline, revenue, adoption, and strategic impact metrics
  • Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Technology, or a related field
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships that expand Moody’s data, analytics, and AI ecosystem presence and drive measurable growth.
  • Define and execute a partnership strategy that expands the reach of Moody’s data, analytics, research, and AI-enabled solutions across priority ecosystems and platforms
  • Identify, prioritize, and secure high-impact partners across cloud, artificial intelligence, workflow, data, fintech, and enterprise software categories
  • Develop partnership strategies and business cases that position Moody’s intelligence as a differentiated layer within customer decision-making workflows
  • Lead negotiations for strategic alliances, including commercial agreements, distribution models, and co-innovation initiatives
  • Design and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners to drive pipeline, revenue, and adoption of Moody’s capabilities
  • Collaborate with product and technology teams to support integrations, application programming interfaces, and AI-driven use cases embedded within customer workflows
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, legal, finance, and leadership teams to ensure partnerships are aligned, executable, and scalable
  • Own senior partner relationships and represent Moody’s in executive discussions, industry forums, and strategic ecosystem engagements
  • Track and optimize partnership performance across pipeline, revenue influence, partner-sourced opportunities, and adoption metrics
  • Monitor developments in artificial intelligence, data infrastructure, and enterprise technology markets to identify new partnership opportunities
About the Team
Our Strategic Partnerships team is responsible for expanding Moody’s ecosystem by embedding our decision-grade intelligence into the platforms, workflows, and enterprise environments where customers operate. The team drives growth by building high-impact alliances across data, cloud, and AI partners while shaping how Moody’s capabilities are integrated into next-generation decisioning workflows. By joining this team, you will play a critical role in advancing Moody’s position as a trusted intelligence layer in an increasingly AI-driven market.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $163,300.00 - $236,800.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
