Skills and Competencies

  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  • Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Apttus is strongly preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent first-level degree in finance, business administration, information systems, management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle for renewals and new business, serving as the primary point of contact for contract strategy, drafting, and execution.
  • Participate in pipeline review sessions with Sales to advise on commercial approaches, set expectations, and proactively address contractual risks.
  • Analyze account information, license parameters, and contract terms to support pricing proposals, cross-selling opportunities, and renewals.
  • Independently draft Tier 1 sales contracts in accordance with internal policies, exercising judgment to resolve issues and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
  • Maintain accurate client and transaction data across CRM and related systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout the sales cycle.
  • Review and validate executed contracts to confirm policy compliance and completeness prior to order submission.
  • Facilitate contract changes or adjustments requested by Sales or clients, using discretion to determine appropriate actions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Billing, and other stakeholders to review and align on complex contracts.
  • Ensure internal and external client queries are resolved in a timely manner with a high level of satisfaction.

The Operations & Strategy team partners closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to support commercial execution and drive business growth. The team plays a critical role in ensuring contract integrity, operational excellence, and a seamless experience for both internal partners and clients across the sales lifecycle.
