Skills and Competencies
  • Partner-management experience and/or client-relationship-management experience.
  • Software or services sales experience also beneficial.
  • Proven track record of working in the financial services industry or a leading consulting company.
  • Strong commercial focus with experience in negotiation.
  • Strong process skills with the ability to manage complex partner ecosystems.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cross-border and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to lead meetings with senior and C-level management.
  • Self-starter with high energy and with the ability to execute on business objectives independently.
  • Ability to multitask, change priorities rapidly and work under pressure.
  • Solid experience in at least one of the following disciplines: portfolio management, loans origination, risk or financial modelling, stress testing, or regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of the financial services and software industry, including partner ecosystems and implementation models.
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  • Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are advantageous but not required.
Responsibilities

The Regional Partner Manager is responsible for developing and managing the APAC Delivery Partner network to support software implementation growth and generate incremental business opportunities.

  • Enhance and manage the regional partner strategy in collaboration with Partner Management and Strategy teams, covering advisory firms and implementation vendors.
  • Maintain and evolve a partner demand model in collaboration with Program Management and Regional Services teams to forecast staffing needs and project assignments.
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard new delivery partners aligned to growth objectives.
  • Manage the existing partner bench, including capacity planning, utilization tracking, and performance oversight.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and secure optimal partner rates aligned with business profitability goals.
  • Drive partner adoption across the organization and align stakeholders to maximize partner utilization.
  • Manage the flow of subcontracting and prime project work to partners in line with regional strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders across Sales, Strategy, Product, Marketing, Services, and Legal.
  • Develop mutually beneficial partnerships that align with both growth and profitability objectives.
  • Establish and execute effective communication channels to keep partners informed on products, services, and requirements.
  • Ensure partners are trained and certified to required standards, identifying and addressing improvement areas.
  • Manage partner performance against SLAs, quality benchmarks, and third-party governance standards through dashboards and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Banking Partner Alliance, Regional Services, and Sales teams to leverage partners for incremental revenue generation.
  • Work with Partner Alliance, Regional Services, and Product teams to develop and deliver partner-based solutions.
  • Provide input into partner program design, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About the Team

This role is part of a small, global Partner Management team of approximately 8–9 professionals located across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. The team includes Regional Strategy Managers and Partner Managers who collaborate across jurisdictions to drive partner ecosystem growth and execution. Operating in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment, the team works closely with Sales, Product, Services, and Strategy functions, offering strong visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence global partner program development.
