Skills And Competencies
Support the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of learning management system operations to deliver effective and scalable learning experiences across the organization.
The LMS Operations Team is responsible for maintaining and administering Moody’s University, the enterprise learning management system, while supporting digital learning delivery, learner support, reporting, and LMS administration. The team partners closely with Talent Development and business stakeholders to optimize learning operations, standardize best practices, deliver effective LMS solutions, and respond to governance, data, and reporting requests across the organization.

Skills And Competencies
- At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development, including LMS content administration and familiarity with Learning and Development environments and adult learning theory
- Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand is an advantage; experience with Workday Learning is strongly preferred
- Basic familiarity with HTML or LMS content formatting is an advantage
- Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, matrixed environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, with exposure to Power BI and Power Automate preferred
- Excellent project management, organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Information Technology, or a related discipline is strongly preferred
Support the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of learning management system operations to deliver effective and scalable learning experiences across the organization.
- Administer and maintain the LMS to support seamless, effective, and scalable learning experiences aligned with organizational objectives, including content administration, user support, and operational requests
- Build, manage, and enhance relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication, coordination, engagement strategies, and timely learner and stakeholder support
- Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve LMS issues in collaboration with IT, HR systems, stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams to improve user experience and system functionality
- Manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines while working independently and as part of a matrixed team.
- Optimize LMS functionality, including dynamic groups, learning assignments, curricula, reporting, and other system capabilities, to support business and learner needs
- Identify and apply opportunities to use AI, automation, and emerging technologies to streamline LMS administration, improve data accuracy, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen the learner and stakeholder experience
- Provide Western time zone coverage for LMS Operations during Costa Rica afternoon business hours, ensuring effective handoffs with team members in India. Ensure the quality and accuracy of LMS content, data, configurations, curriculum builds, enhancements, and new system features before release
