- 7–10 years of Human Resources and Marketing Sourcing and Category Management experience in large global corporations
- Proven track record of leading complex sourcing initiatives and commercial negotiations across multiple spend categories
- Deep knowledge of the Benefits supplier landscape and commercial models across areas such as medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, wellness, retirement-related services, voluntary benefits, benefits administration, and employee assistance programs
- Strong stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills with a track record of navigating executive-level relationships
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies can be applied to analyze trends, forecast demand, model costs from diverse data sources, improve processes, drive efficiency, and deliver strategic insights
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and judgment, with the ability to work across regions, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against deadlines
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university
- Lead end-to-end sourcing for key supplier agreements across HR and Marketing categories, including managing strategic sourcing events such as RFPs, RFIs, and targeted negotiations
- Develop and manage category strategies across HR-related and Marketing spend areas, including benefits, talent acquisition, advertising, media, digital marketing, and public relations
- Analyze spend, supplier markets, business requirements, and external market trends to identify strategic savings opportunities and value-delivery targets
- Lead proactive category planning and renewal pipeline management in collaboration with senior business stakeholders
- Collaborate with third-party benchmark providers to validate pricing proposals and negotiate competitive purchase agreements
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Technology to align sourcing strategy with enterprise priorities
- Build influential relationships with senior business leaders to drive executive-level commercial decisions and support stakeholder alignment
- Leverage analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing efficiency, enhance decision-making, and deliver measurable business outcomes
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $1190,200 - $196,750.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
