As a Bioprocess Technician, you will be involved in day-to-day production activities, particularly focusing on:
Step #1 Interview with Marion, our Team Lead – Bacteriophage Bioprocessing
Step #2 Interview with Ilias, our Head of R&D
Step #3 Meet our co-founders Adèle & Alex
Team fit : Last but not least, you will meet 5 members of Phagos, randomly picked for a Teamfit discussion, in English as our team is international. When possible, this meeting will be held in our office in Suresnes.

Phagos is on a mission to create a cleaner, more sustainable future by using bacteria’s natural predator, the bacteriophage, to win the fight against antibiotic resistance and cure infectious diseases. We use breakthrough technologies in both the wet lab and dry lab to generate customized treatments for pathogenic diseases at an unprecedented speed.
As a Bioprocess Technician, you will be involved in day-to-day production activities, particularly focusing on:
- Preparation and operation of shake flasks (Erlenmeyer cultures) and **bench-scale bioreactors for the production of bacteriophages
- Purification of bacteriophages (TFF, filtration steps, Bottling)
- Sampling for in-process controls or QC analysis
- Monitoring of critical process parameters
- Participating in troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts to optimize production processes and resolve on-going issues
- Preparation of media, buffers, and other reagents needed for production
- Cleaning and sterilization of equipments (e.g bioreactors)
- Supporting process optimization and scale-up activities in collaboration with the R&D / process development activities
- Filling out batch records and production documentation with accuracy and traceability
- Participation in daily operations management, including inventory tracking and ordering of consumables
- Routine cleaning of cleanroom areas
- Technical degree (BTS / DUT / License Pro / Bachelor’s) in biotechnology, bioproduction, biochemistry, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in comparable work fields (Biotech, Bioproduction…)
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and microbial cell culture in 2D / 3D
- Ability to follow SOPs and maintain rigorous documentation
- Team player with a proactive mindset and hands-on attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
