Key Responsibilities:

• Building software that allows us to scalably serve LLM outputs in a latency critical environment

• Building and maintaining GenAI related services, such as RAG, evaluation, safety and data pipelines.
• Maintaining and improving our platform's reliability, scalability and performance across multiple regions, as well as developing new features and integrations.
• Using data-driven methods to drive quality improvements across our fleet of voice assistants.
• Collaborating with voice assistant builders to understand common pain points when working with GenAI technology and innovating practical solutions.
