About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer to join our growing
team in Singapore. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to bring
campaigns to life through compelling visuals across digital and offline channels. If you have a
strong design foundation, a good eye for branding, and love turning ideas into visuals that
convert—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Design marketing assets for digital channels including social media, websites,
emailers, ads, and landing pages
• Create offline collaterals such as brochures, posters, event creatives, and
presentations
• Support brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and growth teams to execute campaigns
• Translate briefs and concepts into high-quality visual designs
• Adapt and resize creatives for different platforms and formats
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Stay updated with design trends and best practices
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design or marketing design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign); Figma is a plus
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
• A strong portfolio showcasing marketing and branding work
Nice to Have
• Experience designing for social media ads and performance marketing
• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
