As we scale to our next stage of growth, we’re expanding our marketing function to accelerate customer acquisition and business growth.
About the role:
We’re looking for a Growth & Digital Marketing Manager to drive pipeline by identifying and scaling growth levers. Your core strength should be in paid marketing, with experience in platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads. Experience or curiosity in SEO, GEO, and automated outbound is a plus, as you’ll test and expand these channels. You should be hands-on, able to set up campaigns and experiments yourself, and scrappy in finding new ways to grow. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with sales and product and tie your work directly to revenue.

What Success Looks Like in This Role:

  • Establish a clear experimentation framework to guide growth efforts
  • Consistently grow pipeline through paid marketing and other channels such as SEO, GEO and outbound
  • Partner closely with sales and product, ensuring marketing efforts tie directly to business impact

What You’ll Do:

  • Run scrappy growth experiments across channels and report on performance
  • Drive results in paid marketing while testing SEO, GEO, and outbound for new growth lever
  • Make quick edits to landing pages and website flows using Webflow
  • Build and optimize workflows and automations in HubSpot
  • Leverage tools such as Clay and Smartlead to scale outbound and lead generation
  • Own dashboards and track key metrics including CAC, pipeline contribution, and conversions

To thrive in this role, you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on growth & digital marketing, SEO, and performance marketing
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with AI-native tools and a strong automation mindset
  • A data-first, experimental approach to growth
  • Clear communicator who works well with others and gets things done
  • Proven experience in early-stage or high-growth startups managing multiple projects simultaneously
