About the role 🚀

You’ll join Qantev’s Go-To-Market (GTM) team, a group of talented professionals based in Paris and Hong Kong.

As a Sales Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving Qantev’s growth with enterprise insurance customers worldwide. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing — while collaborating closely with our Sales Development, Customer Success, and Product teams.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, combines commercial acumen with curiosity, and can build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in the insurance ecosystem.

What you will do 👊

1. Pipeline Generation & Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new enterprise opportunities in the health insurance sector.

  • Partner with the SDR team to refine outreach strategies and ensure a steady, high-quality pipeline.

  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts through strategic campaigns and personalized engagement.

2. Full Sales Cycle Ownership

  • Manage complex B2B sales cycles, from discovery and demos to proposals, negotiation, and closing.

  • Understand client challenges, quantify business impact, and position Qantev’s value proposition effectively.

  • Work closely with Pre-Sales and Solution Consultants to tailor demos and proof-of-value.

3. Strategic Account Management

  • Develop long-term relationships with key accounts to drive renewals and expansion opportunities.

  • Support Customer Success in ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell potential.

    Maintain account plans and accurate forecasting in CRM (Pipedrive)

4. Market & Brand Development

  • Represent Qantev at industry conferences and client events.

  • Contribute to marketing initiatives such as webinars, white papers, or speaking engagements.

  • Gather and share market intelligence to help refine our GTM strategy and product roadmap.
