As a Growth Associate, you will be directly reporting to Svend, cofounder & CEO. We value a collaborative work environment, in which every team member has the opportunity to make a difference and aims for the maximum impact.

Your mission is to:

You play a key role in reaching our growth goals and will be a cornerstone of our development strategy.

Your goals will consist of increasing the number of leads and paying users and contributing to the growth of qlip's revenues and sales efforts.

You will have a direct impact on our business performance, and we rely on you to bring feedbacks and proactive suggestions to continually improve our growth processes.

We are looking for someone with an affinity for growth tools and processes, an attraction to the growth ecosystem (LinkedIn, Lemlist/Waalaxy, data tools, scrapping, Apollo etc.) and an interest in business development and conversation with users is also necessary.

You are a doer, ambitious and curious, you are comfortable learning to use new tools and out of the box business development strategies. Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.

Above all else, you are reliable, professional, and you thrive when given autonomy.

We are looking for a person with an entrepreneurial attitude, a "doer" mindset. You like being proactive and autonomous in your tasks, and you have a taste for challenges and business development. We appreciate enthusiasm, curiosity, initiative, and commitment.

We are qlip, we enable streaming platforms, media, and video editing platforms to leverage AI into video edition workflows, at scale. Our easy to integrate and powerful API allows our B2B customers to access our clipping technology and scale snackable content, might that be for their users or for their own content.
