Support testing and validation of battery systems and power electronics hardware.Role OverviewThe Intern – Hardware Testing will support validation and testing of battery management systems (BMS), power electronics, and energy storage hardware in real-world conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesHardware Testing & Validation- Assist in testing BMS, inverter systems, and power electronics- Execute predefined validation test cases- Perform functional, electrical, and environmental testsTest Setup & Instrumentation- Set up test benches with power supplies, loads, and batteries- Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and data loggers- Ensure safe handling of high-power systemsData Collection & Analysis- Record and maintain test data logs- Assist in analyzing results and identifying issues- Support report generationDebugging & Issue Tracking- Assist in troubleshooting hardware issues- Document failures and inconsistenciesProcess & Documentation- Maintain test records and validation reports- Support improvements in testing processesEligibility Criteria- Diploma or B.E. in Electrical / Electronics / Power Electronics- Basic understanding of circuits and measurements- Familiarity with lab instruments (preferred)Skills & Attributes- Attention to detail- Hands-on hardware approach- Basic problem-solving skills- Awareness of electrical safety- Clear documentation abilityWhat You Will Gain- Exposure to EV and energy storage hardware testing- Hands-on lab experience- Understanding of validation processes- Work with hardware design teams- Potential full-time opportunityDuration3–6 months (with potential for full-time conversion)StipendAs per company standardsNote: Ideal for candidates interested in hardware validation and testing in power electronics and battery systems.
