About the Role

We’re looking for a high-agency generalist who can take ambiguous problems, break them down, and drive execution end-to-end. This is not a “process-following” role — this is for someone who wants to build, experiment, analyse data, and solve 0→1 and 1→10 problems inside a fast-moving early-stage environment.

What You Will Do

Problem Solving & Execution

• Take broad problem statements and convert them into simple action plans.
• Run 0→1 and 1→10 projects with guidance (pilots, experiments, ops fixes).
• Create basic processes/SOPs and improve existing ones.

Data & Insights

• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and simple root causes.
• Present insights clearly to founders and team leads.

Cross-Functional Work

• Coordinate with Growth, and Product teams.
• Ensure tasks move fast and nothing gets stuck.
• Drive follow-ups, documentation, and alignment.

Learning & Adaptability

• Pick up new tools and domains quickly.
• Stay close to how other startups solve similar problems.
• Be comfortable with rapid context switching.

Who You Are

• 1.5–3 years of experience in a startup, or high-speed environment.
• Experience in Founder’s Office, Ops, or Growth.
• Strong analytical + logical reasoning ability.
• Basic SQL (not mandatory but helpful).
• High ownership; you don’t wait for hand-holding.
• Ability to make scrappy documents, workflows, and trackers.
• Curious, resourceful, and able to figure things out quickly.
