Role

You will execute visual creatives across marketing and product surfaces. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role with strong exposure to real business impact and rapid learning.

Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media, ads, and app assets
• Execute day-to-day design requirements with speed and accuracy
• Produce fast, high-quality output using Figma and Canva
• Create and edit short videos and basic motion creatives
• Use AI tools to improve speed and consistency
• Work closely with growth and product teams to deliver timely design outputs

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on graphic design experience
• Strong visual judgment with practical experience in Figma, Canva, and Adobe tools
• Basic working knowledge of video editing and motion design
• Ability to follow briefs clearly and execute independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience designing for Hindi or Bharat-focused audiences is a strong plus
