Samp develops software that consolidates technical information into Digital Twins for all stakeholders. The software automates the creation and updating of intelligent 3D model of a plant, starting from the only reliable source of information: the field. Its offering is composed of 2 products, Digital Twin as a Service and As-Built automatic verification. The Digital Twin as a Service offering uses machine learning to collate 3D laser scans and technical data from various sources to deliver a fully accurate 3D “Digital Twin”. The intelligent model is then turned into a web portal serving as a one-stop-shop for all players. While the As-Built automatic verification service utilizes advanced geometrical and topological algorithms, which the company's solution automatically compares the laser scans with 3D CAD models, highlighting all differences that require attention.
