Who you are
3+ years in operational or analytical roles, in a start-up or scale-up, or other fast-moving environment.
You’re insatiably curious about how the world works
You are analytical, data-driven and take a first-principles approach to problem solving
You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, aligned with MECE (Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive) principles
You’re a clogged-sink operator, with a product mindset
Desirable
You have an understanding of the healthcare industry
You are familiar with GTM tools and terminology
You have experience in data analytics (SQL; Tableu)
What the job involves
We're early in our GTM, and we're looking for someone to join us to help develop and scale the underlying systems needed to support a world-class go-to-market. You will be responsible for:
Building and optimising the system(s) that enable the sales and marketing teams to focus on execution - you’ll create workflows and integrate tech stacks to eliminate manual tasks, facilitate data across platforms and surface actionable insights.
Creating a sophisticated system for analysing Scarlet’s target market, and an engine to continuously identify and categorise potential prospects.
Owning our GTM analytics and using data to inform Scarlet’s go-to-market strategy, and ensuring that it effectively converts into results.
This role will be a mix of technical build work and commercial research & problem-solving.
