  • You think creatively about how to source talent and build networks

  • You’re deeply curious about the world and how it works

  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills

What the job involves

We've only been able to deliver our mission so far because of the incredible people who have chosen to work at Scarlet. As we grow, we're looking for someone to enable the team, especially those who are hiring, to continue finding the most talented people.

In particular, you will:

  • Help your teammates to find, approach, and filter the most talented candidates

  • Design and optimise interview and referencing processes that identify the best role & cultural fit, while providing the most empathetic candidate experience

  • Manage candidate progression to ensure that strong talent doesn't get lost in the pipeline

  • Help hiring managers build and maintain a network of incredibly talented, mission-aligned people to support future hires

  • Collaborate with teammates to develop talent marketing that attracts the right people

The Interview Process

(we will likely collapse 2/3 later-stage interviews into one in-person session)

  1. Intro call with James - 20 mins

  2. Interview with Emily - 30 mins

  3. Interviews in our office with a subset of Dan, Felicity, Jamie, Daniel - 2h

  4. Referencing
