You have 2-5 years of experience in business development

What the job involves
We're looking for a business development representative to join our sales team and help deliver a world class go-to-market. You will be responsible for:
Prospecting and qualifying inbound and outbound leads through cold outreach and targeted networking.
Building and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality prospects aligned with Scarlet’s ideal customer profile.
Managing qualification conversations to understand prospect needs and connect them with the right sales motion.
Collaborating with the rest of the commercial team to refine messaging, ICP targeting, and outreach strategies.
Loging and tracking activities consistently in CRM to ensure full visibility of funnel motion and performance.
Be a voice of the customer - share insights from early conversations that help shape positioning and product priorities.
