Our mission is to hasten the transition to universally accessible healthcare. We are authorised by governments to assess and grant market access to medical AIs. Our groundbreaking approach enables the most innovative technology to reach patients safely and quickly.

Scarlet is the pre-eminent authority on AI medical devices. We serve customers that matter. Companies building bleeding-edge medical AI systems choose Scarlet. We are proud to count the world’s best resourced and most ambitious companies building medical AI as customers. You will be joining a team with product-market fit, flowing data, and exponentially growing revenue.

Come help us bring the next generation of healthcare to the people who need it.

Who you are

  • You have 2–4 years of experience in as a BDR/SDR in a consultative, high ACV sales motion

  • You have experience leading, coaching, or mentoring BDRs (formal team lead role or clear “go-to” within the team).

  • You’re insatiably curious about the world and what makes people tick, and you enjoy connecting with people.

  • You have a high EQ and use it to coach others: you listen deeply, give clear feedback, and help people get better fast.

  • You are highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable using CRM and outbound tools to design, run, and optimise outbound programmes.

  • You have impeccable written and verbal communication which is precise and follows MECE principles.

Desirable

  • You have experience working in healthcare and/or a regulated industry.

What the job involves

  • Looking at our overall goals, adequately resource, onboard and manage the performance of the BDR team.

  • Optimise teammates' performance by analysing and dissecting their outreach efforts.

  • Analyse overall commercial goals and collaborate with teammates to set and calibrate business development targets.

  • Hit your own outbound target (much smaller than full-time BDRs!)
