Key Responsibilities:

• Design mechanical systems and components for AI-driven robots.

• Ensure robustness for harsh environments and rough vibrations.

• Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings for fabrication (sheet metal, CNC).

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components with electrical and software systems.

• Conduct mechanical simulations and performance testing.

• Optimize designs for cost, efficiency, modularity, and manufacturability.

• Contact suppliers and manufacturers to ensure fast-paced deployments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, particularly in mobile robotics or automation.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.

• Understanding of mechanical testing and prototyping processes.

• Strong knowledge of material properties, manufacturing methods, and system integration.
