We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ,Inventory Coordinator / Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Johor. This part-time role involves close collaboration with our contract manufacturer, ensuring efficient supply chain operations and seamless inventory management.

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and maintain accurate records of inventory.
- Collaborate closely with the contract manufacturer to ensure timely production and delivery.
- Implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages.

2. Supplier Relations:
- Foster strong relationships with the contract manufacturer, addressing any production issues or delays promptly.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with suppliers, emphasizing transparency and collaboration.

3. Dispatch Coordination:
- Coordinate product dispatches, ensuring timely delivery to distribution centers or customers.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline transportation processes.

4. Project Implementation:
- Assist in supply chain projects, such as process improvements or cost-saving initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans.

5. Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong Work Ethics: Demonstrates reliability, accuracy, and commitment.
- Effective Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for professional interactions with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic environment and can handle changing priorities.
