Role Overview
We’re seeking a meticulous, organized, and solutions-driven Sales Support Executive who’s passionate about driving sales excellence and supporting a high-performing commercial team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in optimizing our sales operations: maintaining our CRM platform, preparing proposals and contracts, tracking sales performance, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams and regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather essential data and documents for proposal development, sales presentations, and solution scoping.
  • Draft, customize, and refine sales proposals and client presentations, ensuring clear alignment with customer requirements, SensorFlow’s offerings, and value propositions.
  • Manage, review, and process contracts, purchase orders, and formal agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals across stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM platform integrity by updating contact details, deal stages, and activity logs — ensuring accurate and real-time sales tracking across regions.
  • Generate and analyze performance reports, including KPI dashboards, sales summaries, and custom analytics, to support data-driven decision-making for the leadership team.
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements through automation, template creation, and process optimization initiatives that boost sales team productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide cross-functional support to the AVP of Sales, Sales Office Manager, Enterprise Sales Manager, and Business Development Managers on administrative, operational, and reporting needs.
  • Prepare for internal and external meetings by compiling briefing documents, ensuring all relevant data, insights, and presentation assets are up to date and readily accessible.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or administrative coordination — ideally within the technology, energy, or hospitality industries.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across diverse internal teams and engaging directly with international clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in essential business tools, including:

Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace

Meeting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams

Collaboration and communication tools like Slack

Productivity and project management tools such as ClickUp

CRM systems including Membrain, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar platforms

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to streamline workflows in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Adaptable and accountable, comfortable working remotely in a globally distributed team, demonstrating independence, initiative, and strong time management.
  • Multilingual ability & proficiency in Thai and proficient in English a strong advantage.
