About the Company

SepPure Technologies is a Series-A CleanTech company building and commercialising chemical-resistant nanofiltration membranes for industrial separations. We work in parts of industry where distillation, evaporation, and solvent losses are accepted as “the cost of doing business”, and we replace that thinking with membrane-based solutions that are more energy-efficient, lower-emissions, and practical to run at scale. Our technology is being used in real plants across chemicals, solvents, edible oils, pharmaceuticals, and semiconductor supply chains. We design, manufacture, and deploy industrial membrane modules, work through pilots, and scale into full commercial systems with repeat customers.

We are now at the point where strong technical interest needs to be converted into structured, repeatable commercial growth. That is why we are hiring a Head of Sales.

Role Summary

This role owns global revenue growth. You will lead sales strategy, key accounts, and deal execution, while laying the foundations for a scalable commercial organisation. This is a hands-on role. You will be involved in real customer conversations, site discussions, pilot negotiations, and commercial close — not just management from a distance. We are looking for someone who understands how industrial customers buy new process technologies, and who knows how to move from curiosity → pilot → plant deployment → repeat business.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Owning global sales targets, pipeline, bookings, and revenue.

  • Driving complex, long-cycle sales involving technical qualification, pilots, and commercial negotiations.

  • Selling outcomes (energy savings, solvent recovery, yield improvement, OPEX reduction), not just equipment.

  • Working closely with applications and engineering teams to align performance expectations and commercial terms.

  • Developing go-to-market strategy by industry and region.

  • Building and managing strategic accounts, partners, EPCs, and channel relationships where appropriate.

  • Establishing clear “pilot-to-plant” pathways and reference accounts.

  • Hiring and mentoring commercial talent as the business scales.

Who This Role Is For

Required

  • Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in B2B sales of industrial equipment, process technology, or separation systems.

  • A proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals into operating plants.

  • Experience introducing new or unfamiliar technologies into conservative industrial environments.

  • Strong industry relationships with plant owners, operations, process engineering, and procurement.

  • Commercial discipline: pipeline management, forecasting, deal ownership.

  • Comfortable working in a scaling startup environment where structure is built, not inherited.

Strongly Preferred

  • Direct experience in nanofiltration, membranes, or advanced filtration, or having worked at companies such as Pall, Asahi Kasei, Evonik, Toray, or similar.

  • Background in the chemical or specialty chemicals industry, including suppliers or distributors such as Brenntag, BASF, Solvay, or equivalent.

  • Experience selling into chemicals, solvents, pharma, edible oils, or semiconductor ecosystems.

  • We are specifically looking for industry practitioners, not academic or research-only profiles.
