We’re looking for a top-tier Growth Operations generalist to join our fast moving team to work closely with our Founder and Head of Growth to help with most of the non-technical functions that will scale and grow Spot.

Responsibilities
- Work on revenue-generating projects (SEO, socials, conferences, etc)
- Help build and scale our sales funnel/GTM motions
- Prepare product demos and presentations
- Oversee partnership integration projects
- Research one-off tasks and create internal processes
- Onboard new clients and drive engagement
- Help manage patient (test-taker) support
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in operations, growth, or strategy at a start-up, biotech company, or in healthcare
- Ability to think on your feet to creatively solve any problem and an appetite to take on a variety of tasks
- Demonstrated ability to contribute/own product initiatives and figure things out quickly
- Strong communication, analytical, research, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of exceptional ability and
- Thriving with uncertainty and highly motivated
