Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Planning
- Define program goals, scope, milestones, and success metrics.
- Build research roadmaps aligned with group priorities.
- Convert ambiguous research concepts into actionable plans.
- Support prioritization and resource planning across the research portfolio.
- Adjust plans dynamically as discoveries, requirements, or priorities shift.
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of research programs through design, experimentation, and tech transfer.
- Maintain clear schedules, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation.
- Manage documentation, reports, and deliverables across the lifecycle.
- Adapt execution plans quickly based on new findings, constraints, or strategic direction.
- Coordinate across research, engineering, product, and leadership.
- Run planning sessions, syncs, reviews, and decision‑making forums.
- Translate technical progress into clear, actionable updates.
- Support collaboration with partners or external contributors.
- Establish efficient processes, workflows, and operating rhythms.
- Track budgets, procurement, and resource usage.
- Streamline reporting and visibility for stakeholders.
- Continuously improve operational practices to handle evolving research needs.
- 7+ years of program/project management in research, engineering, or advanced tech.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous work.
- Ability to operate flexibly, re‑plan quickly, and navigate shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication and cross‑team leadership skills.
- Proven ability to run complex, multi‑disciplinary initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
