General Summary
Job function
- Establish and execute go-to-market strategies in China across Qualcomm’s automotive product portfolio
- Build long-term strategic relationships with both Chinese and international tier1/OEM customers, esp. the key automakers in North China region – Greatwall Motor, FAW, BJEV etc.
- Drive business development efforts with all ecosystem partners in China to accelerate the adoption of Qualcomm technologies in Automotive industry
- Formulate strategies to engage with regulators and governments to align with China’s automotive strategies
- Collaborate with Qualcomm’s other regional teams (e.g., Europe, North America) to serve international JVs in China and ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee and coordinate all operational activities, including customer service and technical support.
- Bachelor’s degree or above with major in engineering background, MBA or EMBA is a plus
- Previous experience with a multi-national company in semi-conductor or Auto industry is a strong plus
- Over 8 years of account management experience in automotive industry
- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
- Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English
- Strong network in automotive industry
- Frequent travel required
