General Summary

Job Overview

Qualcomm’s Mobile AI solutions power AI-centric ecosystems on Snapdragon chipsets, enabling intelligent on-device experiences and delivering value to ecosystem partners and customers.

We are seeking talented and motivated AI Solution Software Engineers to develop on-device AI solutions on Snapdragon platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI Solution and on-device AI technologies.

Skills/Experience

• Rich experience and good understanding of AI solutions design and development.
• Familiar with related technology, including AI pipeline, AI Agent, RAG, etc.
• Familiar with popular LLM models and applications.
• Strong programming skills in either Python, Java, or C/C++.
• Good understanding of software design principles and modular architecture.
• Good English communication skills.
• Prefer: Experience in LLM framework, such as: LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
• Prefer: Familiar with on-device AI runtimes such as TensorFlow Lite, Qualcomm AI Stack.
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Qualcomm Mobile AI software solutions.
• Analyze and optimize AI software for performance, memory, and efficiency.
• Provide technical support for customer requirements.
• Document and share knowledge within the team.
  
  
  

Education Requirements

Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years’ experience. Or Master's, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering with 3+ years’ experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  
  
  

OR

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

• 2+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
