General Summary:

Qualcomm China is looking for experienced embedded SW engineers interested in developing software for XR/AR devices. Specifically, the position involves developing Camera SW function for Smart Glass.

• Camera driver bringing up for Qualcomm platform.
• Camera IQ tuning for Qualcomm ISP
• Cooperating with global development teams
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years’ Camera Software Engineering and Development experience or Camera IQ tuning work experience.
• 2+ years’ experience with debugging techniques.
• 2+ years’ experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of and experience in Linux Kernel, Device Driver Model, familiarity with MIPI, I2C and GPIO is a plus.
• Experience in Linux camera sensor driver bring-up, Qualcomm platform camera and sub device bring up experience is a plus.
• Experience in Image tuning and IQ verification, rich Knowledge of 3A algorithms and ISP pipeline is plus.
• Strong C & C++ programming and debugging skills required.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, able to understand and explain highly technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  
  
  

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor or above with a major in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or relevant.
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  
  
  

OR

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
