The Camera Technology Program Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end planning, execution governance, and delivery predictability of Camera technologies across semiconductor platforms and product segments.
This role drives Plan of Record (POR) commitments by orchestrating cross‑functional execution across Camera Systems, ISP, Camera Software Frameworks, Image Quality, Sensors, Platform Software, and Hardware teams, while ensuring clear, decision‑ready transparency to leadership.
The role operates at the intersection of technology, execution, and leadership, enabling scalable delivery across multiple SoCs, customers, and market segments.

Key Responsibilities
- Program & POR Ownership
- Own end‑to‑end Camera technology planning across lifecycle phases: Pre‑silicon → Bring‑up → SOD → Customer Ship
- Define, maintain, and drive Camera Plan of Record (POR) across SP / PC cycles.
- Ensure milestone ownership and traceability for features and deliverables:
- Drive alignment across multiple Camera programs, platforms, and releases.
- Execution Governance
- Feature Request (FR) scoping
- Release readiness and closure reviews
- Track execution across Camera workstreams:
- Proactively identify execution risks, conflicts, and gaps; drive mitigation to closure.
- Resource & Capacity Management
- Own resource planning and capacity visibility for Camera programs.
- Drive staffing plans, gap analysis, LoE estimates, and overage tracking.
- Enable program‑level cost, capacity, and risk transparency for leadership decisions.
- Partner with engineering and functional leaders to align resourcing with commitments.
- Stakeholder & Leadership Management
- Act as the single point of coordination across Engineering, Product Management / Tech PdMs, Target & BU Program Managers
- Executive leadership
- Provide clear dashboards, weekly execution updates, and exec‑level summaries.
- Present tradeoffs, escalations, and recommendations with ownership and clarity.
- Process, Metrics & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain and continuously improve Camera program dashboards, KPIs, and execution metrics.
- Drive automation and reporting efficiency across Camera program management.
- Ensure adherence to internal development, release, and compliance processes.
- Foster consistent execution rigor across geographies and teams.
Education
- Minimum: B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline)
- 15 years total experience in the Hi‑Tech Semiconductor industry
- Proven experience in Technology Program Management / Engineering Program Management
- Strong exposure to one or more of:
- Camera systems & imaging pipelines
- Multimedia / ISP / vision technologies
- Platform software in SoC environments
- Strong execution rigor and analytical thinking
- Ability to operate at engineering depth and executive altitude
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing large, cross‑geo, cross‑discipline programs
- Comfortable driving ambiguity, scale, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
