Working Student in GenAI Use Case Prototyping

Qualcomm is offering an exciting and varied position in the Automotive sector, focusing on ADAS/AD stack development. Your primary task will be developing prototypical applications with generative AI. Our team actively leverages Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in processes, methods, and tools.

To efficiently enhance the daily work of engineers in requirement, release, and quality fields, we have initiated a framework using an RAG system. Your main responsibility will be to improve, enhance, and develop prototypical applications using generative AI.

What awaits you?

• Support the usage of Generative AI within the development process along the V-cycle in all development steps.
• Research and implement the latest Large Language Models and novel Prompt Engineering techniques to create visionary applications.
• Take responsibility for the entire workflow of your own software projects, from initial requirements to a full-stack software solution.
• Proactive Innovator: We seek individuals who independently drive projects forward, proactively solve problems, and confidently present fresh ideas and solutions.
• Enhance RAG systems by integrating GraphDB and AI agents to implement advanced techniques in query generation, indexing, retriever reranking, prompt optimization, and dynamic pipeline switching, thereby improving retrieval accuracy and overall system performance.
  
  
  

What should you bring along?

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Experience in software development with Python.
• Experience with Generative AI Frameworks (e.g. Flask, FastAPI, LangChain, React).
• Experience with RAG, GraphDB, Requirement & Prompt Engineering.
• Very good English or German language skills.
