Role Overview
We are seeking a highly credible Agile Coach to play a pivotal role in shaping AI-native software delivery across our Engineering Data Analytics and Applications (EDAAP) organization in India. This role sits at the intersection of Agile transformation, software development excellence, AI adoption, and measurable SDLC productivity.
This is not a team-level Scrum coaching role. The successful candidate will operate at portfolio and leadership levels; partnering with senior stakeholders to embed AI-assisted development practices into the DNA of how our teams plan, build, test, release, and operate software.
Who We Are
EDAAP supports internal hardware engineering organizations that build world-class silicon and platform technologies. Our teams design and operate highly scalable platforms and tools that underpin complex, high-velocity engineering workflows.
We are embarking on a strategic shift toward AI-native development, moving beyond isolated tool adoption to institutional, repeatable ways of working that improve delivery speed, quality, and predictability across large, distributed teams.
Role Mandate
The Agile Coach role will act as a transformation leader, responsible for owning AI-enabled SDLC practices, coaching leaders and teams, and institutionalizing productivity metrics that drive sustained improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
6+ years of Project Management-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and scale AI-native SDLC patterns across planning, development, testing, release, and operations.
- Coach teams, delivery leaders, and managers on outcome-driven Agile and Lean practices.
- Establish, govern, and evolve SDLC productivity metrics such as flow efficiency, lead time, quality, rework, and predictability.
- Translate delivery data into executive-level insights and actionable recommendations.
- Drive AI adoption through structured change management, enablement, playbooks, and communities of practice.
- Partner closely with senior leaders to identify systemic bottlenecks and remove organizational impediments.
- 4+ years of Project Management-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
6+ years of Project Management-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
Experience & Profile
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering or technology delivery environments.
- 5+ years in an Agile Coach, Transformation Coach, or Engineering Excellence role operating across multiple teams or portfolios.
- Strong understanding of modern AI-native SDLC practices.
- Demonstrated ability to define and use delivery metrics to influence decision-making.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
